How to…act positive

Acting positive means being kind to each other and helping out when someone needs it/asks, if you act negative then it may affect the way people see you and what they think of you. but if you act nicer to people then people will trust you more and you will also think better about yourself. Acting positive also means being positive to yourself, example: going to bed on time, eating healthy, helping around but also not over-working because it could lead you to acting negative: having a bad attitude to others and being rude to others. doing your work alot is good but if you over-work yourself it could lead you to being un-healthy, this is why you should take a break every now and then to prevent this from happening
