What is climate change? Climate change changes the temperature and increases the heat on earth. It happens because of greenhouse gases (the Earth’s gases). Greenhouse gases trap heat from the sun and stop it from going back into the atmosphere causing global warming. How is climate change changing? Temperatures are now rising all around the world due to greenhouse gases trapping more heat in the world and global warming, global warming is the earth’s rising temperature, while climate change is the “side effects”. Climate change is really dangerous (and global warming). Why Is Climate Change bad? Climate change is bad because it is causing more intense droughts, storms, heat waves, melting polar ice and rising sea levels, and causing wildfires. There is still much more climate change can do that could harm us. How will earth be affected if we don’t slow/stop climate change? If we don’t slow/stop climate change there would be more wildfires, droughts, the water would be too hot and could harm us, animals, and the Earth, there would be more storms, and much more that would harm us, animals, and the Earth. |
